Our Story
Chapel Grace, formerly known as First Baptist Church of Coalinga, was established in 1903, after being directly encouraged by American Baptist Chapel Car "Evangel," a train car that would come into town on rail to hold worship services. The church has a long rich history of being a beacon of light to our old oil town. Today, just as in the past, Chapel Grace believes that Jesus is Lord of Coalinga.
