Our Story
Chapel Grace, formerly known as First Baptist Church of Coalinga, first came to town by rail in 1903, in what was known as the chapel car "Grace". The church has a long rich history of being a beacon of light to our old oil town. Today, just as in the past, Chapel Grace believes that Jesus is Lord of Coalinga.
